How is your pricing structured?
All managed support is delivered on a fixed per-user monthly fee covering helpdesk, endpoint management, security and Microsoft 365 administration. Projects are quoted separately and fixed-price wherever possible. No surprise invoices or hourly callout charges.
Do you only work with businesses in Nottinghamshire?
Most of our clients are within an hour’s drive — close enough for on-site response when it matters. Remote support is delivered UK-wide, so distributed teams and home workers are fully covered regardless of location.
Can you take over from our current provider?
Yes. Provider transitions are one of the most common ways clients come to us. We run a structured onboarding that maps your environment, picks up admin access cleanly and ensures zero disruption during handover. Most transitions complete in two to four weeks.
What size of business do you typically support?
Our sweet spot is 10 to 100 users — established businesses that need professional IT but aren’t large enough to justify a full in-house team. We work above and below that range too, where the fit is right.
Are you Cyber Essentials certified?
Yes — and we help our clients achieve and maintain certification too. It’s a sensible baseline for any UK business, and increasingly a requirement for public sector tenders, insurance and enterprise contracts.
